OBITUARY
Freedman, Scott
Scott Freedman passed away on July 22, 2025.
Scott H. Freedman, 58, of Stoughton passed away peacefully after a long illness, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025,
at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth while in the company of family and friends.
Born January 3, 1967 in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Linda Lombardi (Lasky)
of Dorchester and Selwyn Freedman of Florida, and lovingly raised by Linda and his late step-father John O. Lombardi of Everett.
Scott was affectionally known as "Zoomie" by his many dear friends and coworkers as a reflection of his work ethic and enthusiasm for life.
A passionate fan of all Boston sports teams, he was always ready to attend a game or watch on television with his friends.
Scott was a kind- hearted man and put others before himself. He was loved greatly, and he will be missed.
He is survived by his siblings, Rachel Freedman of Holbrook, Reisa Clardy and late husband Tom of Hudson,
and Eric Freedman of Foxborough; Nephews, Tyler and Noah; Nieces, Gabryella, Lily, Emma and Eva;
Great-Nieces, Amera and Cleo; Cousins, Anissa Tomyl of Hudson and Lauren Godes of Stoughton.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 27th at 10:45 AM in Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, MA 02067.
Those attending services should meet behind the administration building (Welcome Center) on the cemetery grounds prior to services.
A Shiva and Celebration of Life will be held immediately following at the Randolph Elks Lodge, 21 School Street, Randolph, MA 02368.
